 | 1852 Census M Facet - Servant
http://automatedgenealogy.com/census52/Transcribe.jsp?id=69045
Note: This M. Facet is 26, the age of Constant's and Josephte's daughter Sophie Facet. This provides more evidence that the Sophie Facet living with Constant and Josephte is likely Sophie Dupuis (aged 13 at the time).
Our family story is that Sophie was orphaned, found on the Facette family farm when she was little, adopted and later married one of the brothers (Philippe Facette). These 1852 census records might give credibility to our oral family story --- at least it adds a little fuel. |
